Less of a review and more of a personal note to my future self.

 

• It’s a triple trans delivery system. Trans main character, trans actors playing cis characters, made by a trans film maker.

• It’s giving 90’s horror made on a no budget budget that is well made and edited for its budget and experience level.

​

• Not as gory as I expected but I’m not a horror person.

​

• Why does the sister have an American accent? We never find out or care. 

​

• There’s a trans masc playing the high school bully. 

​

• A scene where a cop ACTUALLY concedes a point to a civilian. If only that could be real and not fiction.

​

• I do wish it was more of a Deadloch situation and fam wasn’t getting murdered but can’t have it all.

​

• Interesting tidbit - In an interview with Jeremy Moineau, the lead, says she started hormones on xmas eve irl. The real spirit of Christmas right there.
